DOMESTIC ORDERS:
We aim to fulfill and ship all orders within 1-5 business days from when you place your order.

• Standard Shipping typically takes 2-8 business days to arrive.
• Priority Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days.

Once your package is marked as "delivered," we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

PICK-UP:
Clients of KALON Beauty Boutique can purchase products in-studio during their scheduled appointments.

Non-clients will also be able to select "Pick-Up" during checkout. These orders will be available in downtown Toronto, Canada. If you choose the "Free Pick-Up" option, you'll receive an email with details to schedule a date and time for pick-up.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We currently offer shipping to the USA! Orders may take 2-8 business days to arrive. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional duties or taxes that may be charged upon delivery. We also cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders that are not received due to unpaid duties.
